Pellisé Abogados is a highly specialized law firm that focuses on Intellectual Property, unfair competition and competition law.
The law firm counts with many years of experience in this field. It was founded by Buenaventura Pellisé Prats, who started his career as a lawyer in 1955. From the very beginning Pellisé Prats focused his profession toward Intellectual Property Law, and particularly to Patent and Trademark Law. While combining his legal career with lecturing as a law professor at the University of Barcelona and the Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona, he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Nueva Enciclopedia Jurídica (Editorial Seix). Likewise, he carried out an important study and investigative work in the Intellectual Property Law area, which culminated in important publications and doctrinal contributions in this field.
Since 1989, the law firm established as a collective law firm, always with the same level of high specialization.
